A shared workspace for your practice. The owner is included at no extra cost. Each person you add is £9 a month, read-only or read/write, changeable at any time. Everyone shares the owner's Twin; anyone who wants a Twin of their own takes their own Personal subscription.

These are not upgrade features.
Every tier gets the same trust posture. Same audit trail. Same encryption. Same UK GDPR and EU AI Act standards. Same 30-day deletion window when you cancel. Same export any time. Same no-training-on-your-data commitment. We do not tier trust or compliance. Only capacity.
Trial and cancellation
Simple.
Everything is free for the first 7 days. No card needed. Add one when you decide to stay.
When the 7 days end, your access pauses and your memory is kept safely for 30 days. Add a card and you pick up where you left off.
Prices are in pounds sterling. AI Twin Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we register for VAT later, the price you pay will not change.
Your subscription renews automatically each month, or each year on an annual plan, on the date you started, until you cancel.
If you change your mind, email hello@ai-twin.co.uk within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. Once per account.
We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, by email. If you do not want to continue, cancel before it takes effect and you pay nothing more.
Annual: two months free.
Add or remove people at any time. Changes are prorated.
When you cancel, we soft-delete your data immediately. Within 30 days it is permanently anonymised across production. Operational backups roll off automatically. See /trust for the detail.
