Memory with provenance, not chat logs.
Every memory entity carries a category: People, Documents, Facts, Events, and further types beneath them. Each is queryable, editable, versioned, audited. The category is part of the data, not inferred from it.
When you ask “what medications am I on”, you get the structured medication record. Not a year-old conversation where you considered a supplement.
Personal, Business, viewer relationships.
One account. Multiple Workspaces. You can own your Personal Workspace, own your business Workspace, view your partner’s household, and be a member of your accountant’s firm. Same OS, different scope. Clean switching.
Your Personal Workspace knows about your family. Your Business Workspace knows about your suppliers. They do not bleed into each other.

Forward any email to your unique inbox.ai-twin.app address. AI Twin classifies, parses, and stores it as typed memory. Receipts become Facts. Confirmations become Events. Meeting invites become Events with attendees as People. Attachments scanned for viruses before storage.
Forward a hospital appointment confirmation. The Event is created. The clinician’s name becomes a Person. The address auto-fills. The next day, it shows on your Daily Brief.
For UK Business Workspaces.
Type your company number during Business Workspace onboarding. AI Twin pulls the registered name, address, status, directors, and persons with significant control from Companies House. You confirm and move on.
No retyping data the government already has. Most of your Business Workspace is set up in 90 seconds.
Every action logged, yours to see.
Every meaningful action lands in an append-only audit log that no one can edit or remove, including us. You see your full audit log, filterable. Owners see all member actions in Business Workspaces.
When you ask AI Twin “show me everything that happened in this Workspace yesterday”, the answer is a clean list, not a guess.
Four tiers, RLS-enforced.
Every entity tagged LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, or CRITICAL. Access rules enforced at the database level via row-level security. CRITICAL data is owner-only in Business Workspaces. HIGH is opt-in per viewer. The system fails closed, not open.
When you grant your accountant viewer access to your finances, they see your Business Workspace. They do not see your health memory.

Search across your memory with typed filters and natural language. Recall lets you replay what you have captured. Cross-Workspace retrieval requires explicit confirmation.

Under the hood
The trust posture is built into every layer, not bolted on. Row-level isolation enforced at the database itself, not just in the application. An append-only audit log that no one can edit or remove, including us. No privileged keys ever reach your browser. Inputs are screened before anything is stored. Virus scanning on every Magic Inbox attachment before it is kept. Soft delete is immediate, with permanent anonymisation within 30 days. EU data residency on email (Brevo, Paris) and on the underlying LLM (Anthropic EU). UK postcode auto-fill. Smart locale and timezone detection. Data subject access requests built in. None of these are features. They are how the product is supposed to be built.
