The terms that apply when you use this website.

These terms apply to ai-twin.co.uk and to the AI Twin waitlist service. They are between AI Twin Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and you, the person using this website.

AI Twin Ltd is registered in Scotland, company number SC866947. Our registered office address is on file at Companies House. You can contact us at hello@ai-twin.co.uk.

AI Twin is a typed personal operating system. The product is being built. At the time of writing this page, the product has not launched. The website at ai-twin.co.uk currently provides:

• Information about what AI Twin is and how it works.
• A waitlist form where you can register interest and consent to receive launch communications.
• A contact channel for questions and feedback.

When the product launches, separate terms will apply to using the product itself. Those terms will be made available before you can sign in to the product. Joining the waitlist does not create any contract for the product, any commitment to provide the product, or any priority right to access it.

You agree to use ai-twin.co.uk and the waitlist only for the purposes for which they are intended. You agree not to:

• Submit false or impersonated information through the waitlist or contact forms.
• Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications to us or to anyone else.
• Attempt to access parts of the site or the underlying systems that are not made available to you.
• Disrupt, scan for vulnerabilities, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, including through automated scraping at unreasonable frequencies.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

The site is intended for adults. You confirm you are at least 18 years old when using it.

The content on ai-twin.co.uk (text, images, design, code, the AI Twin brand and marks) is owned by AI Twin Ltd or licensed to us. You may read, link to, and quote the site in normal ways. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the site, the AI Twin marks, or our brand assets without our written permission.

If you send us correspondence, ideas, or feedback, we may use that material to improve the product. We will never quote you publicly or share what you sent us without your permission.

The content on ai-twin.co.uk is provided for information. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. The product descriptions on this site describe what AI Twin is being built to do; final product behaviour at launch may differ in detail from descriptions on the marketing site.

We make no commitment that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not warrant that information on the site is complete, current, or accurate at every moment.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Twin Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the website. This does not exclude or limit our liability for anything that cannot be excluded under English or Scottish law (such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).

ai-twin.co.uk may link to external sites that we do not control (for example, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or third-party news articles in our Journal). We are not responsible for the content, security, or availability of those external sites.

You can stop using the website and remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@ai-twin.co.uk.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or the waitlist if you breach these terms, attempt to disrupt our service, or use the site unlawfully.

We may update these terms as the product develops and as our circumstances change. The last-updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.

For waitlist members, we will email you about material changes before they take effect. For visitors to the site, the updated terms apply from the date they are published here.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
