Terms and Conditions

AI Twin Limited is a private company registered in Scotland, company number SC866947. Registered office: 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4JR. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration ZC044489. In these terms “we” and “us” means AI Twin Limited, and “you” means the person using the website or the product.

You may read, print and share anything on ai-twin.co.uk. The content, the brand and the software are ours. Do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it, or try to break it.

We link to a small number of outside sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

You need an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them.

You must be 18 or over. AI Twin is not built for children and is not marketed to them.

You decide what goes into your Twin. Do not put in anything unlawful, and do not use AI Twin to harm anyone.

Your memory belongs to you. We hold it for you, we do not claim any ownership of it, and we do not use it to train models without your explicit consent.

AI Twin prepares; it does not act on your behalf. It does not write to your other accounts on its own. It is not a medical device, not clinical software, and not a system of record for anyone’s professional or clinical files.

AI models make mistakes. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. What the AI does and does not do is at /ai-transparency.

The free trial. Everything is free for the first 7 days. No card needed. Add one when you decide to stay. When the 7 days end, your access pauses and your memory is kept safely for 30 days. Add a card and you pick up where you left off.

What it costs. Personal is £18 a month and includes one free additional slot, read-only. Each further person is £9 a month, read-only or read/write. A Practice workspace is £25 a month on top of the owner’s Personal subscription; the owner is included at no extra cost and each person you add is £9 a month. On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12. Full worked examples are at /pricing.

Tax. Prices are in pounds sterling. AI Twin Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we register for VAT later, the price you pay will not change. If you pay in another currency, your bank sets the rate and any local tax is calculated at checkout.

Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month, or each year on an annual plan, on the date you started, until you cancel. We take payment on that date.

Changing what you pay for. Add or remove people at any time. Changes are prorated.

Cancelling. Cancel any time, in the product or by emailing hello@ai-twin.co.uk. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your memory stays where it is unless you close your account.

Your money back. If you change your mind, email hello@ai-twin.co.uk within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No questions asked. Once per account.

Your legal right to cancel. Separately from our own refund promise above, you have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Because AI Twin is digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins with your agreement. Our 30-day refund is more generous than the legal right and does not replace it.

If we change the price. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, by email. If you do not want to continue, cancel before it takes effect and you pay nothing more.

You can export everything you hold, at any time, in a portable format, without asking us.

Closing your account soft-deletes your data immediately and permanently anonymises it within 30 days. Operational backups roll off automatically. This is not reversible after that window.

We do our best to keep AI Twin available and accurate, and we do not promise it will always be available or always be right.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

We can suspend or close an account that is being used unlawfully or to harm someone. Where we do, we will tell you why and give you the chance to export your data first, unless the law prevents us.

These terms and our other legal pages are written in English. Translated pages on this site are provided for convenience. If there is any conflict, the English version governs.

These terms are governed by Scots law. You and we can bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live, and nothing here takes that away.
