AI Twin is a personal memory layer. It is not a medical device, not clinical software, and not a patient record system. It is not built to hold patient data and should not be used as a patient record. It helps you, the professional, with your own working memory: your admin, your continuing professional development, your own context. Patient records and clinical notes belong in your clinical system.

An outside assistant reaches your Twin only after you connect it, one assistant at a time, and sees only the tiers you allow. To answer you inside AI Twin, the relevant memory goes to our model provider under a data processing agreement.
It does not tie you to one provider.
Your context lives in AI Twin, not inside one assistant's account, so changing model does not mean starting again. It reaches any assistant that supports MCP connectors.
Where your data goes
Stored in the UK. Processed in the UK and EU. You decide how long your memory stays; what we must keep, and for how long, is on our retention page. Nothing sold. Every category of provider we use, with its region and data processing agreement status, is on our sub-processors page.
