Does AI Twin see my client notes?

Not unless you bring them in yourself. AI Twin does not connect to wherever you keep client notes. It is built to hold your own professional record and your practice's operating knowledge; client notes are better left under the governance you already run.

What does it actually hold?

Your side of it: your accreditation, the supervision record, insurance, the CPD record, and how you contract with a client. The practice's side: contracting templates, ethics and boundaries procedures, the intake checklist, and what you decided about pricing, about scope, and about who you refer on.

Does anything move into the AI assistant I use?

Only what you allow. Nothing reaches an outside assistant until you connect it. Assistants that support MCP connectors can then read within the tiers you allow, one assistant at a time. An outside assistant can only propose a memory; it goes to your review queue and is saved only if you confirm.
