How we respond.

We respond to every message within two working days. Most we answer within one. There is no support phone line, no auto-responder, and no chatbot intercepting your message. A real person reads every ticket and replies.

For urgent privacy or data subject requests, we follow the formal timelines set out in our privacy notice (one month from receipt, with the option to extend by two months for complex requests). For everything else, we aim to answer faster.
