COMPLAINTS

Complaints

How to complain, and what happens next.

Version 1.0. Effective 1 September 2026.

If something about your data is wrong

Email hello@ai-twin.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject, and tell us what happened. You do not need to quote any law or use any particular words.

What we do

We acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.

We look into it and reply with what we found and what we are doing about it, without undue delay. If it is complicated and will take longer, we tell you why and when to expect an answer.

We keep a record of every complaint and what came of it.

If you are not satisfied

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK’s data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. You can go to them at any point. You do not have to come to us first, and you do not need our permission.

Anything else

For complaints that are not about data, such as billing or the service itself, use the same address and we will handle it the same way.
