For solicitors
The context of every matter, ready when you need it.
Matters span months, colleagues, and email threads. AI Twin holds the working memory of each matter, so you spend billable time on the work, not on rebuilding the picture.
The problem
The file is complete. The context is not.
A matter runs across months, sometimes years. The detail of what was agreed, when, and why lives across email threads, call notes, drafting sessions, and the memory of whichever colleague handled the last step.
Re-reading the file to reconstruct that context is billable time that should not need spending. Handovers between colleagues quietly lose the shape of the matter. New instructions land, and the picture is not immediately to hand.
The record is not the problem. The working memory around the record is.
How it helps
A memory layer that respects the duty.
Typed memory
Capture the timeline, the key documents, the witness preparation notes, and the strategic considerations for each matter. Typed, structured, and yours to review before the next step.
Sensitivity tiers and workspace scoping
Keep matters separate. Decide who inside your practice can see what. Every access is logged, so you can show a client, a partner, or a regulator exactly how their information was handled.
Hybrid retrieval
Ask for the substance of a matter and get the relevant notes, correspondence, and drafting context, ranked by what actually bears on the question. No trawling.
Built for confidentiality
Designed to support your confidentiality obligations.
AI Twin is designed to support the obligations you already carry under the SRA Code of Conduct, including client confidentiality, the duty to keep clear records, and the duty not to compromise the administration of justice.
Data is encrypted, audit-logged, exportable, and deletable. Your inputs are not used to train third-party models without your explicit consent. Our terms do not reserve a right to share your data for our own purposes. This posture is what makes the tool usable for regulated practice.
AI Twin is not a substitute for your firm's AI policy, your COLP's judgement, or your regulator's guidance. It is the private memory layer that sits alongside them.
Pricing
What it costs.
Most solicitors start with Personal at £18 a month, which includes one free read-only slot. A practice adds Practice: £25 a month for the shared workspace, on top of the owner's Personal subscription. The owner is included; each person you add is £9 a month, read-only or read/write, changeable at any time. Everyone shares the owner's Twin; anyone who wants a Twin of their own takes their own Personal subscription. Add or remove people at any time; changes are prorated. See the pricing page for worked examples.
All prices include UK VAT. 7-day trial.
