Yes. Companies House lookup is available at setup, so client company records can be pulled in and kept alongside your working memory for that client. This is a Ready-at-launch feature.

Is client data used for training?

No. AI Twin does not train on your data, and our default configuration does not permit third-party models to train on your inputs. This is a written term, not a marketing line.

What it costs.

Most accountants start with Personal at £18 a month, which includes one free read-only slot. A practice adds Practice: £25 a month for the shared workspace, on top of the owner's Personal subscription. The owner is included; each person you add is £9 a month, read-only or read/write, changeable at any time. Everyone shares the owner's Twin; anyone who wants a Twin of their own takes their own Personal subscription. Add or remove people at any time; changes are prorated.
