For accountants

Every client's story, kept straight.

Client context is scattered across email, calls, prior years, and shared folders. AI Twin holds the working picture of each client, so briefing a colleague or onboarding a returning client does not start from scratch.

The problem

You know the numbers. Rebuilding the story is the tax.

A client returns for the annual review. The last time you spoke was eleven months ago. The picture that made the last piece of advice sensible is scattered across email threads, a partner's memory, a folder of documents, and the file from three years back.

Onboarding a returning client, briefing a colleague, or picking up a matter after leave means reconstructing that context. That is unbilled time on work you have already done once.

The ledger is not the problem. The context around the ledger is.

How it helps

A memory layer that keeps up with your clients.

Companies House lookup

At setup, pull in the company record, officers, and filings for each corporate client. Kept alongside your own working notes, so the statutory picture and the practice picture sit together.

Typed memory per client

The conversation history, the decisions taken, the questions left open, the personal context that makes each client's advice fit. Typed, structured, and quick to find.

Sensitivity tiers and workspace scoping

Separate clients cleanly. Control what juniors and support staff can see. Every access is logged for your own records and for anyone who might ask.

Built for confidentiality

Designed to support your professional obligations.

AI Twin is designed to support the obligations UK accountants carry under the ICAEW Code of Ethics and the ACCA Code of Ethics and Conduct, including confidentiality, integrity, and professional behaviour.

Data is encrypted, audit-logged, exportable, and deletable. Your inputs are not used to train third-party models without your explicit consent. Sub-processors are named at /sub-processors, with regions and DPA status.

AI Twin is a private memory layer. It is not a substitute for your practice's AI policy or your regulator's guidance.

Pricing

What it costs.

Most accountants start with Personal at £18 a month, which includes one free read-only slot. A practice adds Practice: £25 a month for the shared workspace, on top of the owner's Personal subscription. The owner is included; each person you add is £9 a month, read-only or read/write, changeable at any time. Everyone shares the owner's Twin; anyone who wants a Twin of their own takes their own Personal subscription. Add or remove people at any time; changes are prorated. See the pricing page for worked examples.

All prices include UK VAT. 7-day trial.
